Getto'' Granted I've only lived here a couple months but I really like it. The grounds, as viewed from my patio, are perfect. My impression of the whole place is that it is clean & well maintained. I only had one maintenance problem since I moved in but it was taken care of in a couple days. It does get quite noisy on occasion from the trains that go by across the street but they don't wake me up at night. Having to pay water & garbage was a shock. It was not explained clearly until after I signed the rental agreement.
