I have lived here since August 2003. Compared to the place I lived before, I really like it. For the most part, quiet, am used to the trains, and like hearing the toots of the boat horns on the Willamette in the summer. Lots of birds, which I am into feeding, close to everything - nice place. Office staff has been accomodating and responsive. I was not told, however, that I would be paying the water, sewer, garbage, until I was ready to sign the lease. that was a shock.
