The location is great, 5 blocks to a very large strip mall with grocery, drug, gift, video stores, several resturants. 3 blocks from downtown. Parking is easy, I have never had a problem. Beautiful grounds and a good maintinance staff. I have had no humidity or moisture problems ie: black mold or mildew. Quiet and clean.
