Maintenance poor or non-existent.


Charged for water and sewage through a third party, Viterra Energy Services. Guardian is now reimbursing for over-charges(late fees, move-out fees) and had to stop Viterra from charging a large administration fee for the billing.


Recommend renting an apartment from complexes that include water and sewage as an integral part of the rent.
