Poor uncaring management, problem tenants From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   Frustration level very high, concerns are not dealt with at all. Rules are not enforced, noise and drugs are a serious issue here. Parking problems are not addressed. Too many occupants living within many units. Fire safety issues
