Change in Management

Since changing over to a new management - they opened their policy by accepting Section 8 - but with this non-discrimination policy the management chooses not to live on the propery whereas that was not the policy before. They did have a maintenance person there from the previous management but has also left and returned. The complex is too large to not have on site management.

They use to have drive through security but that is rarely seen. Although they do provide an after hours number. But since they changed the parking policy it makes it impossible to call the number without some secret code if someone is parked where they should not be. And probably happens more if you have a spot on the end.

For the most part the office has their closed sign up and on occasion you can catch it open unless it is by appointment. They site they can't get their work done otherwise. The office has been closed in the morning from what the the hours state and no one is there. They can claim they are but they are not available to the tenants.

Kids are kicked outside to play where they litter and destroy the property. They also do it in areas where other people live. The litter will sit there for days on end because they sit and hid in their office.

The outside fence looks like a dump since then with pieces torn out. The parents do little to correct them. And the management does little or nothing and will usually site that it is the visiting kids causing the problem.

Several parents are foul mouth which projects onto their kids with the use of the "F" word constantly. Management puts out a lists of do and don't prior to summer which are never followed. If anyone is reprimanded it last at the most for a month. Basically, it will take a long time before they rid themselves of a bad tenant. And management will argue that anyone on section 8 person would not cause issues because they don't want to lose their subsidized income.

He groups all the section 8 together that are friends which adds to noise. They visit outside in the wee hours in areas they are not suppose to congregate at. Management expects you as a tenant to know who all the kids are. But in the meantime he has lost other renters.

Maintenace on the other hand has taken care of issues in a timely manner.

If you want something done, it is in writing. It you have a complaint it is in writing, description, time and if you are lucky a picture. And that is if they don't say you have to be generic in your description which would never catch anybody - cause you might be racist otherwise. If you were handicap and didn't have email it would be a hardship to complain about a neighbour. Especially if it was constant.

They do the posts required to their tentant so not to violate renter laws.

The no smoking policy cause several renters with kids to leave because they could no longer smoke on the porch. But others have moved that are on Section 8 and a few that are not and move their ash trays with them and could care less while others follow the rules. While they proudly display their sign on the office that usually isn't the case. And yes I use to smoke and quit. Most complaints is because of others dumping their cigarette butts onto the grounds.

The apartment on the other hand has plenty of storage, the 3 bedroom master bedroom is nice and the 2 bedroom master bedroom is small. They are now changing the locks on the front to where you use the dead bolts only but the back door is weak in that it is made of glass.

There is no bus service during extreme weather.

And they charge to much for a working person that does not collect subsidized rent. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Get over yourself it's an aprtment complex. Everybody is an equal part of this comumity. And we all have the same responsability. It probably wouldnot kill a person to pick up a paper cup or abag of trash. I do and it has noy killed me. In fact I take pride in my home and surroundings as I don't shan't my visitors to think I'm a pig. Beside I'm sure you have had trash fall out of your car or you maybe miss the dumpster when in a rush to go to work. So what it all bills doun to is somthing made you mad and slander is your weapon. You know talk trash but don't give your name. That's so grownup. Think about it you my feel better for venting but tell the truth you still live there because you like it you were only mad for a short time. It's ok we understand hope your world treats you good. Because that all we really have. Nothing personal!!!!!
