It is with great reluctance that I'm leaving Kellogg Lake Apts. If it weren't for a new job on the opposite side of town, I'd definitely be staying. This has been my best experience with apartment living, bar none. It is quiet and peaceful. The management is very friendly and competent. They seem disappointed each month when I can't think of anything that needs fixing!! If I ever have reason to move back to the East side of the river, Kellogg Lake will be my first choice.
