I just moved here from S.E. Portland and it is actually closer to my work, plus I don't have to pay the Multnomah County tax. I live on the 3rd floor and have a great view of Kellogg Lake over the treetops. It is like living on the edge of a nature preserve. There is plenty of parking and they even have a place to wash your car. It is less than 10 minutes to Clackamas Town Center and Downtown Portland. I plan on staying here forever or at least a long time.
