I lived there for almost 3 years. The rent price was great and the location is nice, the grounds were usually clean and kept up.
However, I found the staff to be quite incompetent and at times very clueless (they called my mom for a reference check instead of calling the place that I lived at before). Understand that the buildings are old and thus the walls were thin and I could here my neighbors all the time. The kitchens were small and had old appliances. The bathroom was small and the toilet didn't flush very well.
Covered parking was nice, but the spots were tight. Lots of insects, I mean lots. Ant problems all the time (I lived on the 3rd floor and still had ants all the time), and spiders everywhere (inside and outside).
I would only recommend this place if you are looking for a temp place to live.

A new company has taken over the apartments and has replaced everything in the kitchen.
