The staff at Kellogg Lake will make a promises with you and not follow through. They will change an arrange time for a payment of rent and even though it may be in writing they will turn against what they promise. Even though our history is great they will stop at nothing to push for eviction. Even if you have the full amount to pay them, they will not accept the payment unless you go above the local staff. Do not rent here, the walls are super thin and you can hear everything, including night activities. The parking is small and good luck driving on the property. The manager named Lou is a very heartless person who will not work with anyone even if she mixes you up with a neighbor who was always late.
