After giving this apt complex my money for several years, their new management company doesn't honor their loyal residents with any sort of respect. My lease came up for renewal and I decided that I might go month to month for awhile. Instead of just bumping my rent up a few dollars, they wanted to increase it 15%! The manager told me she "needed" me in a lease otherwise I would pay the hefty price. Sort of like, "Do it my way or you get screwed".

For the fact alone, I am putting in my notice, and it takes a lot for me to desire to move. Oh, and the ant problem is ridiculous.

month to month is mostly only used if you are waiting for another place to live. Its always high everywhere and places charge whatever proce they want some its 200 and others only 75 so be happy with the only 100 and if you dont like it sign the damn lease you big baby
