I am a current resident (not for long) and moved here June of 2006. The place looks pretty nice and I like the location, but the walls are thin, you can hear EVERYTHING, the neighbors upstairs constantly dropping things (bowling balls maybe') and since the complex allows pets, there is constantly a barking dog below. The ant problem is outrageous!!! But maintanence will try to take care of it...they have to come in and spray two or three times before the ants go away (and yes, they come back). The toilet doesnt flush right, all the seals on the windows and doors leak and the heaters in this place (which look like they should be in a bathroom - very small) are located near the drafty front door, patio door and a baseboard wall heater below the drafty window in the bedroom. Parking is TERRIBLE I have a very small 2dr car and have to go back and forth a minimum of two times just to get out of my spot. When I signed my 7 month lease in June, rent was $649/mo for a 1Br ($150 deposit and $150 "reconditioning fee" not refundable). I just received a notice to renew the lease and it's going up to $679 IF I renew the lease and $779 if I go month-to-month. I asked to get justification for the increase, and was told that they raise the rent to "market value". What a load of crap. This place is NOT worth the money, I would pay $500 for it and not complain. So, needless to say, I'm moving out! I don't recommend this place.

The place has a new manager who does get things done and umlike the others doesnt tell you a load of bullcrap. All apartments have been raised to market value. You must have had one of the apartments that wasnt upgraded because all the ones I have seen and been in look great. I've never seen an ant and the new staff does a hard job and are so friendly
