I have lived at Kellogg lake/Miramonte Lodege for approximately 5 1/2 years and can't say one bad word about this place. I think that the new company is getting a bad wrap for the things that are going here at the property. The new company has made alot of improvements and pu alot of money into this place since they have been here. I just received an increase of $75 this month for renewing my lease, yes it is a little steep but Id rather live in some place nice like this than in a dump like you find all around Milwaukie. In short I think that the previous reviews were from people who are never happy and you know what, let those people move because I dont want them as my neighbors.

I am so glad to here someone else say something nice about the place we live as well. This is a great area and one of the best around milwaukie
