I lived their for just over a year. The rent was cheap until my lease ended and I was paying month to month. The ant problem they have is out of control!! I lived on the first floor and there would always be an army of ants near the front door and in the bathroom (and I am a very clean person). The ants would get worse if I was gone for more than a day. I would notify the management and they would spray but that would only keep them away for a few days. They were mostly the little ants but I would see several large carpenter ants each day.

Ants don't go where there isn't a food source clean person. Thats just a fact. Ever here of ant poison? They take it back to the nest and it kills them all. Worked for me.

Id have to agree with mr or ms anonymous. Anywhere that you rent the rent is always higher

The new company doesnt spray for ants. they call out a company to put out bait behind the walls.
