The management company does a great job of marketing this place, but as one previous resident complained, there IS an ant problem. This is probably due to the fact that this complex sits near a creek. There might be those who attract ants who aren't the cleanest, but no matter how clean you keep your apt, there will be those ants, particularly in the bathroom.

Amazing that they are charging for water, even for apartments with one bath and no washer and dryer-and yes, you still have to pay for the laundry if you don't have a W/D.

Parking spaces are extremely tight, I think originally they could have made less guest parking close to the buildings and stretched out the spaces. You can't open your car door all the way without hitting another car. In some of the layouts (2 bedrooms), I think they are exaggerating on the square footage, as after I moved out into supposedly a smaller apartment, it seemed that I had more space. In any case, some of the layouts in the 2 beds are not efficient in the layout, hopefully you don't have much furniture if you decide to live there. For the rent they charge, there should be a W/D in each unit, closet organizers and nicer bathrooms.

If you have children, there is no playground, and you have to drive to a decent park-at least a couple of miles away. There is a big grassy area, but that seems to be reserved for dogs mostly. I would be leery in allowing my child to play on the grass where dogs have eliminated. A playground in that grassy area would be perfect for as many young children that live there.

This is perfect to live if you just need a home for 6 months, otherwise, I can almost guarantee you will be looking to get out after that.
