Overall shady neighbors, but nice grounds and management

We have lived here for almost a year. The neighbors can party, yell at their children, and take up all of the parking spots, with their 5 broken cars. However, that said, the managements is friendly, maintenance responds quickly and is extremely nice, the grounds are very well maintained and I feel the apartment is set up spaciously for this area. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

it takes steps to fix loud people. There are laws forcing management companies to take certain steps. you cant just evict someone within a day over noise. As for the cars they also have to take the same steps. A car has to be tagged and sitting for three days before they can have it removed.
