I lived at Miramonte Lodge over 2 YEARS ago and I just got a notice from collections saying I owe over $4,000.00 dollars to them!!! I never ONCE was notified from Miramonte that I owed any money! I had no idea where these charges even came from, until I looked closer. My lease was up in October of 07', and because the management is SO POOR they overlooked that someone was staying there until the following March!! NOT ME!! And even though my lease was up, they are trying to charge ME for whoever was living there and the damage they reaked on this place! They didnt even once check there to see that is was not me, they just assumed it was and that I had decided to renew my lease, yet not pay rent!! But it wasn't until March they evicted this person and are now claiming it was me! Anyhow, moral to the story, VERY CRAPPY management!! Obviously there are too many units for whoever takes care of it to deal with. And you are supposed to notify someone within 30 days of move out of any charges. Not only that, the rent is absolutely ridiculous!!!

you are either lying or you are a complete idiot. There is no way that they would charge you for something you did not do. You have to give them a 30 written notice of your move out which they send to their corp office so there would be a record of this and then in return they would fix there statement of charges IF they were wrong. You must of skipped out on your apartment.

sorry kiddo, they did find the documents and showed them to me because i did press further charges. since it had already gone to collections (eventhough i was NEVER ONCE notified until 2 YEARS later) the whole management company said they had washed their hands of it. so profesional, eh? so yea, i did give notice, and they did have the copies of it. VERY POOR!!!
