ok, i havent lived here but i did visit it as a possibility. i noticed it has a 100% review and that needs to be fixed.
no offense but those that live there probably havent reviewed it poorly because they have no access to computers/internet. that can be the only reason.
this place was dirty and had kids running in the parking lot screaming, the buildings looked like they were going to fall down. i thought they were section 8 but i dont know for sure.
no staff on hand to help us, monday around 1pm. no answer at phone.
