Managers are helpful and not pushy getting your money. The apartments are nothing spectacular but if you have any interior design skills you'll learn to love it. The kitchen is not cramped. The bedroom has a great closet. Neighbors are friendly. Laundry prices are perfectly decent. Location is all about convenience. Transit Center in Milwaukie is five minutes away. Ledding Library is across the pond. Downtown is a stroll. The highway is up the street along with bowling and the shopping center. For the price, you can't do any better.
