The absolute worse decision i ever made was to move into spring Creek. The management pretty much sucks. Nothing is kept up around the complex .. trash everywhere, broken down cars in the parking lot that have been in the same spaces since the beginning of last year.Even when they sent out notices stating that if cars were left in visitor spaces for more than 48 hours they would be towed. They have they nerve to say that we ( the tenants) need to keep the areas around our apts clean while the construction workers leave all their garbage outside for me to have to move. I.E.: carpet padding, wood with nails sticking out of it... duct tape, plastic, you name it. If they ( the owner ..who ever that is) are going to hire incomptent people to do the rebuild then they should follow up and make sure that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing instead of leaving the place a dump and waking me up at 6 am with their stereos blasting and working til 10 at night which is very rude . Im tired of doing their jobs for them and tired of looking off my balcony to a bunch of garbage that noone ever picked up after the roof was done. My upstairs neighbor is allowed to let a bunch of loud obnoxious punk kids live/stay with him and they have no respect for anyone else. Im tired of them locking each other out , pounding on the door at all hours of the day and night, yelling and screaming at each other at all hours and throwing things off thier balcony and having it land on mine its disgusting. No use complaining or calling the police because they deny it and the office staff believes them.Basically , spring creek doesnt care a bit about their tenants , only about making a buck and I would strongly encourage everyone reading this to NOT rent from them. There are many other complexes in the area that actually appreciate their tenants. Thank God I am out of that place in just a few days.

Totally and absolutly TRUE, and it gets worse there are several druggys living in several different appartments selling who knows what out of the back of there cars. There are also some pretty white trash people that live here that let there kids run around with out adult supervision, and i have to come out of my but hole apt. to see these kids DIGGING and i repeat DIGGING threw the garbage they announce it to the world by saying "IM GOING DUMPSTER DIVING". They run around all hours of the day and keep me awake. Teens are always having partys with alchol when i know there only in high scool.. if you have any self respect you would be sure to steer clear of spring creek.
