Spring Creek

We have lived here for over 4 years now. More often then not there was constant and very slow progressing construction. Usually performed by under qualified and very rude individuals. They had to rebuild part of our roof due to a fire in a near by building. While my boyfriend and myself were in the shower some incompetent construction worker dropped a large piece of the old roof through our living room ceiling. We came out to see a giant hole in our ceiling, our glass coffee table shattered, and our new sofa covered in insulation. We contacted the front office and the twenty something office boy's response was " You should talk to the construction people cause it doesn't really have a whole lot to do with us, they did it." After a bit of work to finally get a hold of the owner of the construction company, he took care of the matter. Including all cleaning and table replacement. This is just the worst of the many stories. After replacing our windows one neanderthal crew left several tools, including a shop vac, in our bedrooms. They left the place filthy and our blinds on our beds. Quality service all the way. Don't move here. Don't move to Milwaukie in fact.
