RIPOFF GHETTO APARTMENTS They ignore drug dealing and domestic disturbances...and RIPPED OFF MY DEPOSIT MONEY. THey claimed I never dropped the key off (untrue), and KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND BILLED ME despite several written notices given to them by me 34 days before, and 7 days before I moved out, and verbal notice as well with MISHA. I had a leak in the basement apartment for over 3 months and they never did anything about it until after I threatened to sue them for damage to my furniture. After I told them I was going to litigate about the deposit they refused to take a check from me for the balance they said I owed them. I paid them by cashier check (through the night drop) and still have not received a notification that it was paid. I suspect it went into the same vaccuum of space that the key went to....dishonest management. Do not rent here unless you can afford a lawyer.

The worst place I've ever lived. Noisy kids run around without supervision. A fire consumed a top-floor apt.and water-damaged the second-floor apt. The tenant in the top floor was a meth addict according to her sister who also lives here, but in a different apt. I can hear my upstairs neighbors urinate, have sex, play their tv, snore, turn over in bed. I could go on and on. My floors squeak so badly that I have to tippy-toe in certain places so that I don't drive my downstairs neighbors crazy. Even tho they drive me crazy. The management (using the term loosely) doesn't want to be involved in any complaints about noise, etc. and tells us to call police. They respond promptly but their threats to ticket the noise-makers does nothing. The management doesn't respond to complaints about broken fans, air conditioners, etc. The pictures of the pool on the website belie the fact that it's usually filled with noisy, yucky kids. Babies in diapers go in the water. A rumor went around that a man peed off his deck into the pool. The "yard" apts. are a joke. The "yards" are just dirt and/or weeds. We have thistles 2-feet high in some places. I cannot wait to get out of here. If you care about living decently you DO NOT want to live in this dumpy ghetto. If you have a bunch of kids that you let run around, screaming and throwing things, climbing in the garbage area, which is usually overflowing, then this is the perfect spot for you. The kids play football and the ball hits the parked cars. I saw them hit my car yesterday and told them if they did it again I'd call the manager (like that would do any good). I could go on and on.
