This is really a terrible place to live. The manager is a lazy clown, and the maintenance is a joke. They take ZERO pride in the quality of the surroundings there. I have had tweaker neighbors for the entire year I have lived there. I complained of mold in my unit and they came in and painted over it (instead of fix the drainage problem that caused the mold). The paper thin walls are nice because then you can listen to the obese sow upstairs gasp for breath as she shoves handfulls of bacon in her pie hole. Also, the train that goes by every morning at 6AM makes for a cherry on top of this great place to call home. I would never recommend that ANYONE live here. It is a total dive and the quality of tenants is anything but impressive. A bunch of white trash and lots of neglected children running around the complex while their parents lay in a drug induced coma back at home. Its actually funny to see the next generation of human filth run around the grounds without any supervision at all. Truly the bottom of the barrel.
