| 03/18/2013 | Oh my god the noise. Let's see, the train rolls though 3 or 4 times blaring it's horn loudly between 10 pm and 7 am. Between 7 am and 10 pm dogs are barking, tri-met construction is pounding, clanging, and shaking the ground. Section 8 losers are out blaring stereos and obnoxious exhaust out in the parking lot. The garbage truck and recycling come at 550 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Friday night and Saturday there are loud TV's music, people running around above you.
