we've been living in the highlands community at waverley greens for two months now and cannot believe our luck.. someone up there truly likes us! the management has been wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of, the apartments are clean and spacious (not to mention private and with their sound-proofed walls they are very quiet). i especially love the large airy rooms, elegant light fixtures and the full sized washer and dryer!

on another note, the community couldn't be better, we're a fifteen minute drive from downtown portland, five minutes away from the milwaukie library and ten minutes away from the local WinCo(who could possibly live without a bulk food supermarket that close').

truly the waverley greens apartment are one to check out.. and quickly too, because (as i've experienced first hand) they're snatched up faster than you can sign the deposit check!
