The staff at Waverley Greens is so nice and helpful. Whenever I call or go in the office, they remember my name and what apartment I live in. When I moved in, they had a "Welcome" gift basket left in the apartment. Recently, they left holiday gifts at each apartment. They offer so many neat amenities: yoga and aerobics classes (for free!), swimming pool, work out room, several laundry facilities (that are kept very clean), free movie rentals, etc. The walls are SO well insulated. I've lived in other apartments where you can hear your neighbor's conversations. At Waverley, you never hear a thing! The only drawback I would have is safety. I thought having the gated entrance would make the grounds very secure. Unfortunately, there have been complaints of vehicle vandalism and theft. I'd suggest taking extra precautions to secure your vehicle. Otherwise, it's a beautiful, neat place to live!
