I've lived in a lot of apartments in several different states over the years, and this place is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. The location is incredibly convenient, with access to highways 224 & 99E just down the road; or, if you're without transportation, the Milwaukie Transit Center is just a few blocks away. Road noise is virtually nonexistant, and the majority of the neighbors are mature adults or senior citizens, so neighbor noise is also pretty minimal. I can't say enough nice things about the management. They are incredibly quick at handling complaints, and generally have a 24 turn around or less when it comes to fixing a problem, and they'll handle practically anything you throw at them (heck, I called them because I had a minor spider problem from leaving my windows open all the time, and they sent someone over to spray the place). They also give you a 'coupon' when you move in for an hour of free help from their maintenance staff, so if you're doing your move on your own, they'll help you move in your big stuff, and install things like extra towel racks if you want them. I've never known a management team to care so much about the happiness of their tenants...they will call and check up every now and then, just to make sure everything is going well. I would live here for the rest of my life if I didn't want to buy a house someday.
