curb appeal ,the place looks nice.
office is not always open .
no manintance people.
office staff not helpful.
no resident retention in place .
units are not up to date.
everything is low end .
doors have big gaps .
place does not have central heat or air.
carpets old.
sub floors need replaced.

BECKY THEN YOU SHOULD MOVE IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY..CANYON RIDGE IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, The Manager is great and there is Maintance staff and everytime I go by the office it is open. And when I need something done it is done right away. I have lived here for years and I love it. They keep everything modern un well cleaned and it is a nice place to have a family.

So since you are anonymous, how do you know that someone named Becky was the one that wrote that blog. I find it interesting that you would call someone out by name and then negate everything that was said by that resident. That resident mentioned things that have been complained about by many residents that live here, including me. I would agree that when I have been home or come home for lunch, the office most of the time has nobody in it. I am unsure what is meant by everything being modern. The appliances work, but are not "modern" and not everything works perfectly. Please don't post information that is not true.

you are right it is jennifer I posted a complaint and a rating and she called me into the office she knows who writes stuff and then targets you its funny she is on her all the time writing positive comments its kinda funny this is what she does when she is in her appartment! She is never in the office there are no office hours she is lazy and can't do anything but smoke out front and complain about how no one likes to live here did u ever try to work on yourself and how u speak to people maybe take a class on professionalism in the work place? I doubt it they are the worst managers i have ever seen. Jen it is only obvious you are the one naming becky here how else would anyone know who it is. Nothing is current or up to date the carpet is old for less money you can find a great apartment anywhere else they are over priced small and they have mice and ants and a landlord who treats u like u are the scum of the earth because it makes her feel better about her fat ugly inside and out self! She is a bi-polar freek who is overlooked by the property mgmt co. but just wait and see about that!
