Whomever the other tenant was that listed their comments was either a drug addict or a problem child. Management is professional and easy to deal with. We received our full deposit back after we moved out within 30 days. The grounds are well kept and it is a very simple environment. Maintenance requests were filled promptly and adequately. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. If my work was in Newberg we would have stayed.
