Great place for Fox students

Have had no problems living here my senior year at George Fox University. Recommend Springbrook to all George Fox seniors.
Rent plus power plus internet comes out to around $450 a month for each person sharing a two bedroom place (much cheaper than what GFU makes us pay for room and board.) Had the washing machine break once and it was fully taken care of in about a week. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Plenty of parking for visitors. No issues with management. Very happy about my stay at Springbrook.
