my room mate and i have been living here since june and our lease will be up in december.. we are fairly satisfied with everything. its been worth it to us, and we havent had any real problems. the main problem i have with the entire situation is how thin the walls are. its ridiculous.. we can hear peoples converstions sometimes. so anytime we have people over, we half expect a noise complaint soon after. the only other things that suck are the trash area could be a LITTLE tidier and cleaner, the dishwashers could be a little more effective, the clutter on peoples entry ways could look a little nicer, and the mouse problem could use a little attention.. but as far as good things go... theres virtually no construction going on (which has driven me crazy in other complexes), the maintenance people have always been really attentive to us, they dont really enforce reserved parking spots, theres not even a towing company for the apartment complex(so you and visitors can park wherever), they also are lieniant with our late fees for late rent, our view off our patio is awesome and private, and i love the layout of the apartment. like i said, its totally worth it for us. i just hope they dont charge us for things they shouldnt be, like the other person was saying.

Sounds horrible to me...
"they dont really enforce reserved parking spots" You mean the ones people pay $20 A MONTH for? Gee,, how thoughtful. I sure wouldnt feel like they were stealing my money for absolutely no purpose at all....
This place sucks. Plain and simple.

The walls are so paper thin...STD's can pass through them.
