I moved to Clipper Ridge in October of 2005. I still live here and have no plans to move. The prices are great, the pool is kept sparkling and cool, the grounds are kept clean, maintenance is super and the community is full of wonderful people. I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a price that fits the location.
