We've lived here for a year and can't wait to get out of here. Ideally, it would be a great place to live, minus the drug activity, lack of management, no security (poorly lit, encroaching landscaping), maintenance - we just do it ourselves if we want it done this year, watch where you step, because neighbors are not responsible for cleaning up after their pets which means your kids WILL track into the house, nor are the neighbors considerate or are they required to abide by any rules (although, if YOU break the rules, you'll hear about it), there is no parking options and your kids will not be allowed to play on the grounds (they've been run off the playgrounds, the basketball court and even the parking lots, and the grass is well, there is none really.

The rent is way too high for what you get - so spend the extra $50 and get a house (we are).
