theese apartments were once decent i'm sure 20 years ago when they were built, but now there is alot of rot in the walls where it meets the floor, mold problem covering walls, ant problems, appliances /lights /heaters do not work well, poorly insulated cold in winter, and poorly insulated for noise, we can hear neighbors loud and clear on all sides. management not particularly helpful with problems and owners of property do not deal with you on a personal level.
Not built to last.
We moved in because we liked the fireplace, though after 2 years we have found many better deals for apartments.This place is very small and poorly built for the price, nearly every apartment complex in the area offers same size and newer building for $100-$200 less,this is far from a luxury apartment for the price,size, and service Time to say goodbye to this mismanaged dump. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

You really ought to talk to the owners when you see them - they probably don't like to interfere with tenants but most want to know what the problems are. Most landlords want their customers treated right and the buildings in good shape but if the management doesn't tell them what is going on, who will? If you don't see anyone, you can find owners online with the state.
