I lived in the Duplex style apartments at Fernwood, my wife and I are mid 20's. We thought the place was very quiet, nice, and we liked our neighbors. We felt safe no matter what time of day it was. The prices were reasonable, the buildings are getting old, but they are kept up well. The management was nice, friendly, and willing to help us with anything. Maintenance would always respond quickly if called.
