This is the best out of the apartment I've lived in. The rent is also two hundred dollars more a month so I would hope so.
First off, we had a bottom unit. I do not recommend a bottom unit here. Our neighbor's floor/ our ceiling is apparently very thin because we hear EVERYTHING the do above us. Their walking around sounds like stomping. The walls aren't the thickest either. We can hear our neighbor's parties as if we're in there with them. The carpet is nicely cared for, but half way into the living room, the floor gets really hard..as if it's missing the padding underneath. There are a couple hard round things under the carpet that I hit with the vacuum in the dining room and I have no idea what they are. The worst thing by far is the parking. When we moved in the managers said to only park one car up by the building and if you had another one to park it away from the building. Apparently we were the only dummies following this rule for the longest time. I have had to park on the street when my neighbors have big parties because their friends take up the parking complex spots. The only way we get a front spot is to get a hold of one and tranfer our cars in and out of the spot in order to keep it. Some of our neighbors from the same unit get up to three parking spots in front of the building and of course we get none. The parking seems to be better in the other building spaces, we just have the small one I guess. No assigned parking here which would actually be nice if they did have it
