Ive lived in these apartments for about a year and I love them! I dont like the bugs around here, But since I live in a "forested setting" I realize there isnt much I can do about it. Bugs are a part of life. The apartments are VERY roomy. My apartment is only 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and I have 1080sq ft. Which is a huge upgrade from my last apartment of only 760sq.ft. I love the open dining/living room. It makes my home feel soooo big.
The street is off by itself so its nice and quiet and luckily so are all my neighbors. Everyone is super freindly and I feel safe. Which is also a nice change.
Management seems to be very efficient. On the few occasions Ive had a problem they have jumped right over to help me. If not the same day, then by the next day.
I have kids and my kids love the onsite playground. Its kept up well.
I do notice the grounds are kept well. Ive seen someone out cleaning them on a daily basis. I much appreciate that.
For apartments these are great. Ive realized that Im not moving into a mansion...but an apartment. I cant be stuck up about my expectations. Just realistic. And these apartments pass with flying colors!
