I lived here for a period of about 5 months while working away from home. They were located about 12 miles from my job in south Portland, which made them ideal for living outside of the city, and yet not too far away. They are close to a couple restaurants, stores, the hospital, etc. Most places you'll need to go are within walking distance. They are located at the bottom of a large hill, and out back is a large wooded area.

The best selling feature of these apartments is the management. You can rest assured that they will take care of you and they are incredibly friendly. In any apartment I should have in the future, I hope to have management like the couple who run these apartments.

The units themselves are much larger and more reasonably priced than in Portland, and include a place to park a car safely off of the street. The unit was clean and well maintained. My only concern was the level of noise transmitted from the neighbors above me--the noise of their walking around was fairly loud and obtrusive.
