Please do not move here. Your life will hell. They have all these ghetto kids running around the neighborhood ruining people's things. Most of the people they move in here have no respect for nothing. There is garbage everywhere, If you don't keep your home clean You will see ROACHES. This place is nasty. The office manager kim. She has a nasty attitude and does not want to deal with the ghetto. If you like gun shots surrounding you, feel free to move here. Don't say you didn't have a warning. oh yeah they also having peeping toms.

I just wanted to say that things have really changed since Kim was here. However even if it is clean you may still see roaches. Also Ive never heard gunshots however there has been cops here a few times. But part of that is because the new managers are really picky and wont put up with crap.

Our manager isn't even named Kim. This reveiw is for the wrong property. Lisa has been our manager for the last year and a half and is always upbeat and helpful. Thanks Lis!

Ditto. Management is more annoyed by the complaints then the problems. They would prefer that you just accept the problems.
