I have tried to be patient but enough is enough. Management doesn't return phone calls. They make excuses for the problems but don't do anything about them. There is underage drinking occurring daily, very young children running around without supervision and next to a freeway. The good is the apartment itself is nice and maintenance does a good job. It wasn't cleaned very well at all before moving in. I am sick of the excuses and lack of action by management to fix the speeding cars, loud music, unsupervised children, underage drinking, the drugs, etc. Our manager is nice in person but I think its just a show. Not sure if I will renew my lease, the only thing stopping me from not moving out is the hassle.

I say the same thing. I got out of the US Army and got suckered into moving in here. We've had a problem with ants since the first day and still they do nothing. This place is compete ----

The manager assured me of things that she would take care of and then never did. She just wanted to shut me up. She seems nice, and outside of this I like her. But things need to change.
