My Son and a roommate lived in these apartments, it was fine when they lived there the problems began when they turned in their 30 notice to move.....
They turned in the form in the end of May to move out June 28, my son turned in his keys that week and our home # if they had any problems to please call.....

In Aug. he went to rent another apartment in Beaverton and we were told he owes 1086.00 to Hidden Creek, now mind you We heard this from the place we wanted to rent not the Hidden Creek..
I call they tell me that they never turned in the 30 day notice and that they were being charge for July rent and late charges and misc. charges.... I said they turned in a 30 day notice and she said well we had a change of management so I do not see it being turned in... So needless to say I paid the $$$ so that My son could rent this new Apartment......Yesterday 10/1/08 I received a letter from the Hidden Creek stating that they owe $1086.00 and if not paid in 10 Days they will be turned over to collections....... OK 1st Did they ever plan on telling him this prior to threatening collections...Because remember We heard it from the new Apartment..... 2nd I paid it with my Visa I have all the paper work showing it..... I called and she said I do not recall seeing the payment, I will have to look it up......
So if you rent here be very careful if you turn in your 30 notice have them sign it and photo copy it and keep it.....

DUH! You should keep ALL your paperwork anyways under all circumstances. I lived here and had zero issues with this. It sounds to me like you just had a bad run of luck. Its smart to keep photo copies of everything. Paperwork gets lost, things happen.
