unless you want mold growing in every room of your apartment. Don't live here unless you enjoy seeing/stepping in animal poo in front of your steps, on the sidewalk out front, and on the way to your car. Don't live here if you like being respected as a person by the management. Don't live here, unless you like being afraid to go outside.
If you choose to live here, don't use their laundry rooms if you like clean, dry clothes. Don't expect to find a parking space. Don't expect to be treated with equality, respect, or as an intelligent human being with free will and thoughts. Don't expect enforcement of rules, especially concerning pets, noise, occupancy and parking. Don't expect maintenance people to know what they are doing any better than you do; they're really just tenants who want a couple bucks knocked off their rent.
Don't live here unless you have no other option.
Good reasons to live here include being close to the college and that it's cheap, but you get much less than you pay for and take the bus to class.
