I lived here for ten months and it was terrible. Everything breaks all the time, and the "maintenance workers" were just dumb asses who also lived in the complex, none of which spoke English very well -- which made it difficult to describe to them what was broken. They would MacGuyver some ---- together and call it fixed. There are kids, hundreds of them, constantly yelling and playing in the streets. It's kind of apparent that a lot of the people living in the complex aren't legal. There's also tons of drug activity going on in the complex.

The quality of this place is horrible. Black mold grows in all the corners of the rooms, the window sills, on the sliding glass door, and on the front door. We told the management about it and they said, "Yeah, that happens here. You should buy some bleach and clean it up."

As for parking - there are a lot of parking spots, but there is no guarantee you'll get one near your apartment. I worked evening shifts so I'd be coming home around ten or eleven, after everyone had already gotten home. A lot of times I would have to park two or three buildings away, which was kind of far.

I lived above a 24 crying baby. I could hear the baby all the time. There was really terrible insulation.

There were a couple laundry mats in the complex, but the dryers didn't blow out hot air. Not even warm. It would take 2 to 4 hours usually to get the loads dry. And sometimes they still wouldn't even all the way done, so I would have to just hang my clothes up in my room to wait for them to dry.

people like you are just so judgemental just because someone is legal or not doesn't make them any less. ATLEAST they try to get the work done... As for you if you had a life you wouldn't waste your time bashing on an apartment complex, you should feel blessed you even had a place to live. There are many people in this world that aren't as fortunate.
