Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I lived there 6 months and it wasn't bad. I was just laid off and they were pretty flexable on me paying my rent late. They are pretty understanding, and as long as you aren't acting a fool, it's pretty decent. I do aggree with not taking your kids to the play ground. IT'S GROSS, and during the raining season; it's even worse.
