Kingsberry heights is the most horrible place to live. Ive lived here for 5 years and they get worse and worse. I finally got enough money to move out. Neighbors are really loud, stomping, loud music, yelling, you can hear everything that goes on. Parking is horrible. most people have cars that dont work or have 4 cars to an apt when your only suppose to have 2 and there is absolutely no parking. Kids run right in front of you when your driving. You cant even play basketball in the basketball courts, -------- will fill the court and play soccer even tho your playing a game. they done care. they get away with EVERYTHING. Kids are REALLY loud. There are cars late at night that have their systems up loud. also during the day the cars with systems sit right in from up your apt and blare it. they have no respect for anyone. I have a 5 mon old and everyone outside past curfew keeps him up or if hes taking a nap during the day they wake him up. A lot of people stay out past curfew. the managers pick on certain people and when you first enter the apt there is millions of semis parked along the road. hardly enough room for a car on the side that they parked on. Many people speed through the apt even though kids run in the middle of the street. Also my new car got scratched up even though its 2-3 feet away from the curb. The garbage is horrible fills up in a day and it over fills especially during the weekend. the maintenance people don't speak English and let the garbage's fill up. and the appliances break so much. mold on every single wall of the apt. these apts are expensive for how crappy they are
