Newell creek used to be a bad place to live because of the management. Since I moved in we went through 3 management companies and about 3 or 4 managers. Since Guardian has taken over the property almost everything has changed. The property is kept clean and neat. The garbage compactor area is very clean and useable. The maintenance turn around is great. All of my issues have been taken care of within 24 hours. The office is open every day including weekends.
