I agree! Newellcreek sucks! it also has black mold in them and toxic mold in them!

Since the other manger left and they put alex in charge everything has gone down to hell in a basket! units 11 and 12 have toxic mold in them and apratments 128 and 228 and 328 all have mold in them and unit 6 and 8 all have mold in the whole buildings! the unit that i live in is 9 and the apartments over here have been empty for eight months now! and they are 128 and 228 and 328! familes are getting sick from the black and toxic mold here at newellcreek! and the property owners that is gaurdian managemnet and the people the own this property is Northwest Alternative Housing do not care about the people that live here! you call them up and they say that they will work on it and they do not! my apartment has been flooded out eight times and they still haven't cleaned out the gutters! and i even put it on the maintaice request from! PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE ! if because if you do your only risking your families health! and also there is no safe place for the kids to play here! the play area is right next door to the garbage compacter!

I use to live in 328! And the reason there is mold down that side is after we moved out they went in to fix it up and one of there people broke a water pipe. Then my friends in 128 called to them about it and all they did was get something to dry the carpet with. NOTHING for the walls or roof! They just dont care!

My family and i used to live at Newellcreek and we lived in apartment 127 from 2002 to 2005 and our apartment got flooded out and the manager did not do anything about it! And than our nieghbor had to call up the oregon city fire department for help so that the apartment that the water wouldn't go into our sons bedroom! The flooding happend ever since we moved out! Our son got severly sick from the mold so we had to move out! He got asma and brontous and anmonia from the black mold! And the apartments above us was flooded out as well and they did not do anything about the two apartmets above us that where flooded out either! Our son almost died becasue of the black mold in the apartments! We had to move and get out of there quick! Alex was the manager than he was supposed to clean the gutters out and have them repiared so that there wouldn't be anymore flooding! If you or your family is on #sec8 housing i strongly suggest that you and your family do not move to newellcreek apartments in oregon city! You would be risking your families health if you did move there!

Thank you, You saved us from moving from the dump that we live in and moving into another dump with the Mold would be way to much for me.
