At first I moved there and it was a great place to live but after awhile They wouldn't return my mantiance request and I have mold in almost every corner of my house. It was a nightmare living there not only did they not do any of the mantiance but the parking was a pain in the rear end! someone would always be parked in your spot and then after a while they started leting the tow truck come in whenever they wanted and they could tow your car if it wasnt in the right spot or if it had bad tags! The worst part about all of it is that after the rain slides last year we had to walk up the hill to get to your car that you just had to find a parking spot whereever you could and the people on the top of the hill would get mad if you parked in their parking spot! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENT EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!! tHE ONLY GOOD THING THAT I CAN SAY IS THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY! MOSTLY SHAUNA & CORALEE
