I have been here almost a month and had 3 complaints. 1: move utility trailer not allowed (part of contract) yet it was parked next to 3 vechicles (expired tags and non running which are vioaltions!') Those 3 cars still remain. 2:Back deck crowded- I had only been here 2 weeks ( I was still unpacking & rearranging), would have been nice if they had recycling going on maybe the boxes (flattened & empty) would have been removed quicker, I wanted to recycle but hell I threw them in the trash. Next I told my dogs were out on deck 1 day and barking (maybe they wouldn't have been there if the windows in my apartment had the screens they needed' My dishwasher doesn't work, garbage disposal, refrigerator has no drip pan or front grill piece. My son and I have both slipped and fell on the water early in morning after wake up. Besides allowing dogs which I thought was great so many tenants brake the leash law which cause conflict with you walking your dog on leash. Plus the bottom pet area is completely on the dark, to much hassle to replace a simple bulb, so you better take your pet out before night'! You decide if you would like to live here' I'm sure there will be more to come'' Kitchen counter tops not bolted down at all can lift all right off cabinets

This place sucks, they try to fine you for everything, from screens on windows that were not properly installed or not at all, to to much trash by the trashcompacter, it would help if they had more trashcompacters. In three months since charging for water, they had to turn off the water almost every day, yet they still charged you for the water and sewer. They don't water the grounds at all, and this is fire season, you'd think that they could afford the water since they charge us for the water. And please don't forget the management, Coralle and family and friends, she hires more of her family and friends then George Bush does, he might get more work out of his friends, and all that I can see that they do is ride around in their golf carts, where they are going is anyone's guess, with no work being done or no visible improvements that the naked eye can see. This place is a joke.
