Ok look closely at these pictures.. Image 1 is their porch.. That is things that them not taking care of the deck. Image 2, This has been fixed. there are some tenants who do leave laundry down there. This is not the managements fault is it appears to be issued in your complaint. Image 3 They try to keep all the fire hydrants stocked but there are teen agers who do like to "play" with these because of the foam. Image 4. This is caused by the window being cracked open and not fully shut. This can be solved by bleach.. this isnt black mold its called Surface mildew that is caused by dampness allowed to accumilate. Management is not responsible for coming to your door, knocking on your door and making sure that if you see dampness to remind you to wipe it up.

The dampness on the windows is from having cheap windows. I know this because I used to have windows that constantly got moisture, mold & mildew during the Fall and Winter months. The apartments ended up having a bad mold and mildew problem so they replaced everyones windows and no-one has this problem now. Mold and mildew is very unhealthy for everyone, especially children!
